As  a small business, we spend a great deal of time interacting with our customers – via email, phone and twitter. While we all wear many hats here, we definitely consider that feedback and conversation to be one of the most important parts of our jobs

While we don’t get to update here as often as we’d like – and we certainly plan to start increasing the volume here as well – I’m happy to announce that I will be dedicating 1 hour a day to “Office Hours” (hat tip to 37 Signals for inspiring the idea).

What Are Office Hours For?

Our goal with Office Hours is to make sure there’s a time every day that’s dedicated to helping our parents, partners and everyone in between.  While this is your time, here are a few things we might talk about:

• Help figuring out how to accomplish specific tasks
• Tell us how we can make something better or easier
• Give us new ideas on things you’d like to see
• Share funny stories and anecdotes from your Lil’One’s life
• Anything else you’d like

Who Will I Be Speaking With?

You’ll get to speak directly with one of the creators of Lil’Grams.

When Are Office Hours?

We’re going to launch with one hour a day, every day (travel restrictions may apply ).  So, Monday – Friday, from 2pm – 3pm PST, we’ll be on standby.

What If I Can’t Call Then?

You can call or email us ANY time you need help.  Office Hours are just a special time every day that we’ll definitely block out to chat with you about anything you want.
